IT Business Operations Consultant

Kaiser Permanente seeks an IT Business Operations Consultant II to enhance systems supporting Systeme.io's all-in-one marketing platform. You will analyze workflows, define requirements, and drive process improvements that align technology with business goals. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll create documentation, KPIs, and reports to guide decisions, lead mid-size initiatives from discovery through implementation, and support change management. Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize IT business operations, workflows, and processes across Systeme.io's platform.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and improve system efficiency.
• Develop documentation, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Lead small to mid-size improvement initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate solutions through testing and feedback.
• Support change management, including training materials and stakeholder communication.
• Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Continuously review user and internal team feedback to recommend product and process enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership summarizing findings, recommendations, and impacts.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in business analysis and IT operations.
