Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Principal IT Consultant, Digital and Consumer Experience to lead strategy and delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance patient and member engagement. You will define product roadmaps, guide omnichannel consumer experiences, and align business and technology stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading discovery, architecting scalable platforms, overseeing implementation, and ensuring data-driven optimization. You will mentor teams, champion UX best practices, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric digital healthcare experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital and consumer experience strategy for patient and member-facing products
- Define and maintain product and platform roadmaps for digital healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align goals and requirements
- Architect scalable, secure digital platforms and omnichannel experiences
- Oversee implementation and delivery with cross-functional and vendor teams
- Use analytics and KPIs to drive continuous optimization of digital experiences
- Champion UX and accessibility best practices across digital products
- Mentor and guide engineers, analysts, and product teams
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
