Diagnose and resolve incidents across manufacturing and business-critical applications using SQL for root cause analysis. Manage bugs and service requests while collaborating with external software suppliers and supporting a major new customer project.
Requirements: Requires three or more years of experience in a technical or software support role with strong daily hands-on SQL skills. Experience with MES, ERP (specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV), or Jira is considered advantageous.
