Release and Deployment Consultant

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Release and Deployment Consultant to lead complex software releases for Systeme.io's all in one marketing platform. You will plan and coordinate end to end release cycles, manage environments, and ensure smooth deployments across cloud and on prem systems. Responsibilities include building automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing change and release governance, monitoring post release stability, and driving continual improvement.

You will partner closely with development, product, and operations teams to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and deliver high quality features for entrepreneurs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release and deployment planning for complex software updates
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• Coordinate with development, QA, product, and operations to schedule and execute releases
• Manage configuration, environments, and deployment runbooks
• Monitor releases and production health, driving rapid incident response
• Enforce change and release management governance and documentation
• Analyze release performance and drive continual process improvements
• Mitigate deployment risks through testing, validation, and rollback strategies
• Standardize deployment tooling and practices across teams
• Provide guidance and mentoring on release and deployment best practices
