Application Analyst

Cone Health is seeking an Application Analyst Intermediate to support and optimize key clinical and business applications within our not-for-profit healthcare network. This role analyzes user needs, configures and maintains systems, and resolves application issues to ensure reliable, efficient workflows that support quality patient care. The analyst partners closely with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, test changes, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support clinical and business applications used across Cone Health.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve application issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures for supported applications.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of applications.
• Monitor application performance and data integrity, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Support on-call or after-hours coverage for critical application issues as required.
