SAP PP Data Functional Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking an SAP PP Data Functional Analyst to support a leading organization within the manufacturing and supply chain technology industry in Greensboro, NC
. The SAP PP Data Functional Analyst will play a critical role in SAP S/4

HANA transformation initiatives, leading Production Planning data migration efforts, supporting data governance activities, and ensuring the successful conversion of manufacturing and planning data across enterprise systems.

• Drive Production Planning data conversion initiatives, including migration planning, deployment strategy development, cutover execution, and post-go-live support activities.
• Evaluate legacy manufacturing and planning data, perform data assessments, identify quality concerns, and establish transformation requirements for migration into SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Support the migration and validation of critical PP master data, including Material Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Production Versions, Work Centers, and MRP-related data.
• Develop and execute validation, reconciliation, and testing activities throughout Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, supply chain, manufacturing, and master data teams to ensure migration deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP PP (Production Planning) functional experience within manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of SAP data migration experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Proven experience working as a Functional Analyst supporting business process design, data analysis, and system optimization initiatives.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments, including ECC to S/4
  
  HANA migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Material (BOMs), production planning processes, master data structures, and manufacturing operations.

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 dependent on experience
