About this Role

DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Integration Project Coordinator Contractor to support the coordination and execution of branding, marketing, communications, and business integration activities associated with acquired companies.

This is a 4–6 month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension based on business and integration needs. The contractor will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to multiple concurrent work streams across four acquired entities. The role will maintain consolidated project plans, track milestones and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support hands-on implementation activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across marketing, creative, legal, integration, and business teams.

What You'll Do

• Inventory and organize outstanding branding tasks across four acquired entities.
• Build and maintain a consolidated project plan, including timelines, owners, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project and task status, identify risks and blockers, and escalation issues to the Program Manager as appropriate.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, legal, integration, and other stakeholders to maintain progress across work streams.
