- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong end-to-end project management experience
- Experience working with SAP ECC
- Experience with or strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and LE
- Experience managing projects involving integrations/interfaces with external warehouse systems or other applications
- MS Project – Required
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, resources, RAID management, governance, and change control
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience
- Excellent communication and status-reporting skills
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification
- Smartsheet
- SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM
- Service Now
- SAP implementation or production project experience
- Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems experience
- Lead project planning and execution from requirements through production deployment
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resources, and governance
- Coordinate SAP functional and technical teams, infrastructure, security, testing teams, vendors, and business SMEs
- Maintain integrated project plans and track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, actions, and change requests
- Prepare project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule health, risks, issues, and management actions
- Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, and cutover planning
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, business sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Manage change control and assess business and technical impacts of scope changes
- Escalate critical risks and issues and drive them through resolution
- Ensure successful transition to production support
