- Review Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests to determine requirements, delivery method, and client expectations
- Process Auto requests and coordinate issuance with carriers
- Track renewals to ensure deadlines are met and documentation is complete
- Maintain accurate records of issued COIs and Auto for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with account management teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance operations or document issuance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance systems (e.g., Epic, AMS
360, or similar) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional office environment
- Understanding of carrier and state requirements for certificates of insurance and Auto
- Familiarity with COI and Auto requirements
- Demonstrated customer service skills in a professional setting
- Ability to manage multiple requests with varying deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate document issuance
- Problem‑solving skills to resolve discrepancies in requests or endorsements
