The Technical Customer Service Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer communications, reviewing and resolving hardware and accessory concerns, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring product satisfaction. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to uphold PMI's high-service standards.

• Customer service and communication skills, with experience in assisting and guiding clients
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical issues effectively
• Knowledge of hardware products and accessories, with a focus on functionality and design
• Detail-oriented organizational skills and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Experience in relevant industries, such as furniture, cabinetry, or hardware, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education; postsecondary technical training or a related degree is an advantage
