Source Receivables Management, LLC is looking for experienced, motivated, and results-driven bilingual debt collectors to join our Greensboro call center team.

If you have a proven track record in collections, are fluent in English and Spanish

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls with consumers in English and Spanish
  .
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking consumers to resolve past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and other appropriate account resolutions.
• Use proven collection techniques to maximize account resolution.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection and performance goals.
• Handle consumer questions, objections, and difficult conversations professionally.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable collection laws and regulations.
• Deliver professional, respectful, and compliant consumer interactions.

We are specifically seeking experienced bilingual debt collectors who:

• Have previous debt collection experience

• Are fluent in English and Spanish
  , both verbally and professionally.
• Have a proven history of meeting or exceeding collection goals.
• Are confident negotiating payment arrangements.
• Are comfortable handling difficult conversations and overcoming objections.
• Are competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Can work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Are dependable, professional, and committed to achieving results.

Preferred: Previous experience in third-party collections, first‑party collections, consumer collections, credit card collections, or another performance‑driven collection environment.

Monday–Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

This is an in-office position at our Greensboro, NC call center.
