Trade Compliance Analyst
Kelly Services is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst for a leading global manufacturing organization in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customs, import/export, trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain analytics who enjoys working with data, researching discrepancies, and making sure international trade transactions are accurate and compliant. WhatYou’ll Do
You’ll support the Customs & Trade Compliance team by reviewing trade data, researching discrepancies, preparing documentation, and helping ensure customs transactions are accurate and compliant.
Key responsibilities include:- Review and maintain customs and trade compliance data across internal systems, customs broker platforms, and ACE
- Validate importer information, tariff classifications, duty amounts, and other customs data
- Research discrepancies and work with internal teams and customs brokers to resolve issues
- Prepare documentation for Customs Protests and Post Summary Corrections (PSC)
- Gather and organize customs entry documentation and supporting records
- Support USMCA documentation and Section 232 aluminum, steel, and copper data requests
- Assist with post-entry reviews, customs audits, and compliance investigations
- Track liquidation dates and support duty recovery and tariff refund activities
- Perform data analysis and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and compliance
- Prepare reports and analyze trade data using Excel and Power BI
- Partner with Customs & Trade Compliance, Purchasing, Logistics, Data Analytics, and other internal teams
- Help improve processes, reporting, and overall trade data quality
- Experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, Import/Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with large amounts of data and identifying discrepancies
- Power BI experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research issues, work independently, and follow problems through to resolution
