LHH is working with a client in Greensboro searching for a Supply Chain/Purchasing Specialist to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 7AM-3PM and will be direct hire with full benefits paying $50-60k. Must have supply chain and/or purchasing experience to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive product into warehouse
- Place PO’s and purchase commodities daily
- Communicate with vendors regarding PO status and identify estimated lead time to warehouse
- Perform regular inventory counts
- Support Supply Chain Manager with administrative functions
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in supply chain and/or purchasing to be eligible for this role
- Prior manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and accurate in data entry
- Strong punctuality and daily attendance required for this role
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Dynamics
