- Managesupplierdeliverablesandpartsdeliveriesinalignmentwithprogramschedules

- Managesupplierperformanceanddevelopmentprogressinclosecoordinationwith Engineering and Project Management teams
- Monitorsuppliermilestones,deliverables,andrisks,anddrivetimelyissueresolution
- Provideguidanceanddirectiontosupplierstoensurealignmentwithprogramobjectives
- ProvideleadershipanddirectiontoSCMteammembers
- Developandimplement Supply Chainand Procurementprocesses ,tools,andgovernanceto supportprogramexecutionandorganizationalgrowth
- Developandexecute Supply Chainstrategiestosupportthetransitionfrom R&Dtoproduction
- Definesourcingstrategiesalignedwithprototypedevelopmentandcertificationschedules
- Identifysupplychainrisksanddrivemitigationstrategies
- Buildandmaintainascalableandhigh-performingsupplierecosystem
- Leadstrategicsourcingandsupplierselectionactivities
- Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessorsupplychainmanagement
- 10+years’professionalexperiencein
Aerospace Industry Procurement &Supply Chain - ExperienceinR&Dorfundamentalresearchprogramispreferred
- Workingexperienceof Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
System - Abilitytoworkwith Engineering and Manufacturingdesigndrawingsandtechnicaldocuments
- Strongunderstandingof Aerospace Partsand FAAConformity Requirements
- Proficient with Computer based Systems and MSOfficeproducts
