Position SummaryThe Housekeeping Crew Member performs custodial and cleaning services during facility use, including routine trash removal and facility clean up. The role requires odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays and routine custodial and minor maintenance work in the cleaning and care of the facilities.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly rate: $19.00-$21.00.

Opened in 2021, the Steven Tanger Center is a $94 million, state‑of‑the‑art Performing Arts venue hosting touring Broadway productions, concerts, and family entertainment, with a 3,000‑seat capacity and nearly 1.3 million guests in its first two years.
Responsibilities- Mix cleaning products and clean Coliseum interior and exterior; vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors; ensure a safe environment for patrons.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities; replenish supplies.
- Remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and Coliseum facilities; empty waste receptacles.
- Perform additional staff functions for events.
- Exercise resource stewardship; report irregularities to supervisor.
- Follow OSHA and in‑house safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (preferred).
- 1–2 years of related experience in building cleaning practices.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to walk/stand entire shift, bend, and stoop.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must complete on‑site CPR and blood‑borne pathogen training.
