As a Maintenance Technician
, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
- Perform daily checks of mechanical equipment and apartment refurbishments
- Complete and resolve daily work orders in a timely manner
- Conduct monthly preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reasonable resident complaints and requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
- Communicate with other departments or leadership as needed
Required:
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for completing work orders and reporting
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
