What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician
, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
  • Perform daily checks of mechanical equipment and apartment refurbishments
  • Complete and resolve daily work orders in a timely manner
  • Conduct monthly preventative maintenance tasks
  • Respond to reasonable resident complaints and requests
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
  • Communicate with other departments or leadership as needed
Requirements:

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills for completing work orders and reporting
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
