Position Title: Template Technician

Location: Greensboro, NC

Department: Corporate

The Template Technician is a full-time, hourly position based in Greensboro, NC. This role requires travel up to 4 hours, including the VA area, to accurately template granite/stone projects on-site. The primary responsibility is to take precise jobsite measurements and gather installation information for estimating sales and providing detailed specifications for fabrication and installation of granite products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Template designated areas within commercial and residential jobsites.
• Act as the liaison between sales staff and customers when required.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Team and Fabrication facility to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with sales staff as needed.
• Process measurement information promptly.
• Have general knowledge of all facets of granite fabrication and installation procedures.
• Expedite jobs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to analyze technical data.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record per company's insurance requirements.
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints.
• Ability to learn company computer software.
• Mathematical skills.
