Join Our Team at Moses Cone Hospital! Sodexo is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Custodial Manager II to lead environmental services operations across our expansive and fast-paced healthcare campus in Greensboro, NC
. Moses Cone Memorial Hospital is a 63-acre, 628-bed teaching hospital and regional referral center committed to excellence in patient care, cleanliness, and safety. This is a second shift role (2:00pm start time) with some rotating weekends as holidays as business needs dictate overseeing a housekeeping team of 30.

What You'll Do- Provide leadership and operational oversight for second shift custodial/EVS services
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, regulatory, and safety standards
- Manage staffing, productivity, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and support departments to support patient throughput and discharge efficiency
