As our Area Vice President, you'll be the driving force behind our regional success, with responsibilities that include:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Development:
You'll lead, mentor, and empower geographically dispersed management teams across both established and emerging markets, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Growth & Operational Excellence: Develop and execute bold strategies for operational efficiency, exponential sales growth, and an unparalleled client experience that sets us apart from the competition.
- Financial Stewardship: Take the reins of the annual business plan and budgeting process, ensuring robust financial health and identifying key opportunities for optimization.
- Talent Acquisition & Cultivation: Be a champion for our people, recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent who share our commitment to excellence.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure the effective allocation of critical resources—tools, talent, and equipment—to support both our existing operations and ambitious expansion plans.
- Extensive General Management
Experience:
8-10 years of progressive general management experience with comprehensive P&L responsibility within the commercial landscaping industry. - Inspirational Leadership: Proven success in leading and motivating diverse teams and a knack for building enduring client relationships.
- Aggressive Growth Mindset: A demonstrated ability to aggressively drive sales and expand market share.
- Sharp Acumen: Exceptional financial acumen, project management proficiency, and outstanding communication skills.
- Strategic Vision: A true strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful business improvements and effectively managing market expansion.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Location: Candidates must reside in the Raleigh, NC area (preferred), the Greensboro, NC area, or the Winston-Salem, NC area.
