Pack meat in boxes, seal, label and stack finished product on pallets according to work order specifications and customer preferences;
Assemble boxes, clean packaging area and equipment ensuring GMP and quality standards are met;
Review work schedule and perform safety check on equipment;
Obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations;
Load finished cuts of meat from tubs into Cryovac sealer and place sealed meat on work-table
