* What You Will Do:

*** ### Manage plant accounting processes* ### Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and planning* ### Maintain standard costs and bills of materials* ### Oversee physical inventory, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation* ### Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP* ### Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution costs, and inventory variances* ### Participate in daily and weekly cross-functional production meetings* ### Support internal control enhancements and asset protection* ### Supervise front office administrative activities### ### ###

* What You Bring:

* ** Required Qualifications*** ### Bachelor’s degree in accounting* ### 5 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment* ### Knowledge of GAAP* ###

Experience with ERP systems* ### Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency### ###
** Preferred Qualifications*** ### Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments* ### Knowledge of standard cost systems* ### Experience verifying production processes and performing plant walkthroughs### ### ###
