2nd Shift Fan Production Operator (Grade C - $21.01-$24.16)
Job Purpose

The Borg Warner Arden campus offers a cutting‑edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry. This position will be responsible for producing quality parts throughout the entire process.

• Completing tooling set‑ups and hand deburring parts
• Cutting blades to diameter using an autocut saw
• Ensuring accurate packaging and labelling
• Completing paperwork and/or product data entry into PC
• Conducting quality checks using gages
• Managing individual scrap
• Performing other duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft products
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience with gaging
• Attendance on the job is essential
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and regulations
