** Job Overview*
* Adecco is hiring Rewind Operators for a leading packaging manufacturer in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment. The Rewind Operator is responsible for operating a rewinder machine that converts large rolls into smaller finished rolls while inspecting labels for quality and accuracy.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate and monitor rewinder machinery safely and efficiently

+ Inspect labels and finished products for quality issues and defects

+ Set up equipment according to job specifications

+ Complete required production and quality documentation

+ Verify customer specifications and ensure accuracy before shipment

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP requirements

+ Enter production information into company systems

+ Assist with other production duties as needed

** Qualifications*

* Required:

* + High School Diploma or GED

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

+ Basic computer and math skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

** Preferred:*
* + Quality inspection experience

+ Pharmaceutical, printing, packaging, or label production experience

+ Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

+ Ability to visually inspect products for long periods of time

+ Comfortable working around production machinery

+ Ability to work overtime as needed
