Job Description
- Set up and operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions.
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain production requirements.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove completed products.
- Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and other production equipment as required.
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and specifications.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance as assigned.
