** Pay Rate:** $16.40  
** Shift Premium & Attendance Bonus:** $17.02

* Job Summary:

** Cut fabric to correct size for various samples and memos.
** Tools and Equipment used:
** Electric scissors, electric cutter, tape measure, yardstick.
*
* Essential Functions:

** Perform the following duties according to ISO 9001 work instructions and standards:
* Roll out fabric to measure, mark and cut requested size on pattern sheet.
* Check to make sure the sample is woven correctly.
* Check if the sample is railroaded or not and cut accordingly.
* Cut samples needed on a pinking machine based on specifications.
* Help pull color lines for shipping.
* Help sew headers on color lines.
* Work scheduled overtime.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Safety:
*** Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers.
* Report all job related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
* Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards.
* Maintain 5 S standards.
* Some heavy lifting required.## Qualifications
