Your Responsibilities Accountability- Operate bagging equipment in the packaging of product including pallet dispensers, powder filling machines, process magnets, product samplers, conveyors and support equipment.
- Perform sampling/filling operation and labeling of packaged product as well as sampling, checking weight for accuracy, correct discrepencies
- Monitor assigned area for quality and operation as well as plc logic during operation and sampling conveyor operation
- Perform cleaning procedures operate vacuum system
- Maintain work area in clean, orderly manner, observe all company safety and environmental regulations and procedures
- Drive forklift for STAGING, work with conveyor, moving Bags, staging and assist shipping department
- Responsible for safety and working in a safe way following procedures and participating in safety as well as taking interest in safety and being proactive.
- Progress to become fully proficient in the duties of bagger operator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience and in the chemical industry preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Safety awareness
- Overal, grit
