Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has prior stand-up forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Move materials between loading docks, storage areas, and production areas.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials according to pick lists and production needs.
• Use scanners or inventory systems to track materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Complete required pre-use equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Warehouse, material-handling, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain or maintain required forklift certification.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, reach, and lift materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
