We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities- Develop and modify CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production runs.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is preferred.
