Now Hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Friends Home
Full Time, 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm) - every other weekend required
Starting Rate: $17.00 and up, depending on experience
This does not include shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, and all weekend shifts

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional support
- Advocate for residents, ensuring they have the best possible experience and quality of life
- Promote residents psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building
- Help plan and facilitate social activities
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and care for residents personal laundry
Required:
- North Carolina CNA Certification
- Desire to serve older adults and make a positive impact
- Positive outlook with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to take initiative and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation.
