This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Registered Nurse based in Greensboro, NC. PACE of the Triad operates a Primary Care Clinic and Adult Day Health Center dedicated to helping older adults remain safely and independently in the community. This full-time, on-site Clinic Registered Nurse role in Greensboro, NC provides direct patient care, conducts assessments, coordinates interdisciplinary services, monitors health conditions, and ensures individualized care plans are followed.

The position also includes patient education, accurate medical documentation, and collaboration with care teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, person-centered care.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, assessments, and monitoring of health conditions
• Proficiency in administering medications and managing care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail for maintaining medical records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience in geriatric care required
