Medical Surgical Telemetry RN - Day Shift Location

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12-Hour Day Shifts (07:00 - 19:30), with weekends and holidays as needed.

The Medical Surgical Telemetry RN will be joining a team focused on providing care in a telemetry-capable unit, primarily serving medical/surgical patients. The current patient population will include observation patients, individuals with respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, and palliative care.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Provide care for patients with medical/surgical issues and those requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Manage patient care per hospital protocols, including assessments and vital signs.
• Float across various Cone Health facilities as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Pass Fail EKG exam required.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Previous Charge RN experience is preferred.
