What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Valid North Carolina RN license with certification as a CRNA
• 1-2 years of professional anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to float between different locations and adapt to varying case types
• Strong skills in vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia preferred
• Flexibility to work a 5x8-hour daytime schedule with no consecutive days and optional overtime opportunities

• Experience with hearts and lungs procedures (not required at Moses Cone)
• Compact licensing in other states
• Additional certifications or specializations in anesthesia practice

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in a hospital setting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (60+ cases per day)
• Willingness to provide coverage for approximately 4-5 shifts per month
• Credentialing completed within 60-90 days
• Must be flexible with shift timings, including holiday coverage at 1.5x pay
• No travel required beyond local assignments
