Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This role offers a flexible weekday schedule, strong autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and a comprehensive onboarding program designed to support both experienced providers and new graduates.

• Productivity-based compensation (Fee for Service)
• Expected income range $126,208–$149,450 annually

  • Full-time position with a 5-day/week schedule
  • Round in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • High level of clinical autonomy with strong support structure
  • Active North Carolina PA or NP license required (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA required
  • Experience in post-acute care, primary care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or geriatrics preferred
