Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations.
Order and perform routine diagnostic studies.
Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Record pertinent patient data in medical records.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of psychiatric prescribing experience under psychiatric supervision including psychiatric assessments and psychotropic medication prescribing
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
