We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, safeguarding residents’ health, safety, and welfare, and following applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies.

• Day Shift: 7 am–3 pm
• Evening Shift: 3 pm–11 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a LPN.
• LTC/SNF LPN Experience Preferred.
