Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full‑Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) Well‑Spring, A Life Plan Community – Greensboro, NCLooking for a CNA role where you can truly get to know the residents you care for?

We are currently hiring two Full‑Time CNAs for our evening shift.
Schedule Options- Option 1 – Rehab Full‑Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Every Tuesday–Thursday and every other Friday, Monday, and e/o weekend (5 days a week) - Option 2 – Assisted Living Full‑Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesday–Thursday and e/o weekend (4 days a week)
Both positions follow a set schedule and offer consistency and stability.

As a CNA, you’ll assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, vital signs, documentation, communication with the care team, and supporting residents’ overall well‑being.
Qualifications- Active CNA listed in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
