She Recruits is partnering with a well-established and financially stable primary care organization to recruit a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina.

- Average patient age: 45–50 years
- Average daily patient volume of 20–25 patients
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Minor office procedures based on experience and training
- Team-based, patient-centered care model
- Modern outpatient clinical environment
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term health outcomes
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with North Carolina regulations
- Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Perform minor office procedures based on experience and credentialing
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in a limited rotating Saturday schedule and infrequent phone-only call rotation
- Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current North Carolina NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Current certification as FNP or PA-C
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Ability to independently conduct patient visits and provide education in Spanish without an interpreter
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Joint injections
- Toenail removals
- Minor surgical procedures
- Incision and drainage procedures
- Urgent care procedures
Clinic Hours
- Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- One full Saturday each month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Potential for two additional half-day Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Administrative work may be completed remotely
- Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000
- Annual Profit Sharing:
Approximately $15,000–$20,000 - Medical insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid premiums
