Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

Bilingual Nurse Practitioner | 4-Day Week | Up to $150K+

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Lli Bott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older within a financially stable, physician-led practice.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness.
• Perform office-based procedures including joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified.
• Manage approximately 20-25 patients daily with dedicated administrative time built into your weekly schedule.
• Complete administrative responsibilities remotely while working alongside an experienced clinical support team.
• Provide culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.

• Base salary from $110,000-$130,000

• Annual profit sharing of approximately $15,000-$20,000

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Fluent Spanish speaking required.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
