A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Silvis, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Active NP license or MI
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Highly competitive salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually
