Registered Nurse

This position requires a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry. The nurse will work night shifts consisting of 12 hours. The patient population primarily includes medical-surgical patients, observation patients, and those with respiratory conditions. The role involves the management of various patient conditions, including diabetes and palliative care. The nurse will be responsible for telemetry monitoring and the administration of medications and treatments.

Floater duties may be required across various departments as needed. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, especially during peak times such as holidays. A pass/fail EKG exam is mandatory for all RNs, regardless of specialty, prior to beginning the role. It is essential that candidates complete compliance requirements by the established deadline. Strong communication and teamwork skills are critical, as the role involves working with interdisciplinary support teams.

Preferred qualifications include previous charge nurse experience and familiarity with the management of dysrhythmias and related interventions. This position will be supportive of a diverse patient care environment and aimed at delivering high-quality nursing care.
