Your Experience Matters
Position SummaryRegistered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Science, full‑time nights at Frye Regional Medical Center. Eligible for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire
- 1–2 years of previous experience preferred
