Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health Nights
Full‑time position – 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (3 × 12‑hour shifts, every fourth weekend). Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 (eligible with a 2‑year commitment).
This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to those in behavioral health settings while contributing to community wellness.
About Our Team81‑bed campus with 24‑hour security and strong physician and administrative support. Referral bonus opportunity for qualifying RN hires.
How You’ll Contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
- Perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Conduct timely and accurate Quality Improvement assessments.

Applicants should have a current state RN license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred but not required.
- American Society of Life Support (ASLS) certification preferred.
