AMOREM is seeking a full-time RN care coordinator in North Carolina to dedicate time to quality end-of-life bedside care and to leverage technology to improve patient outcomes. You will educate patients and families and coordinate the plan of care as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
Candidates should hold a current, unrestricted nursing license and RN (ADN/BSN/MSN) or LPN credentials. CPR certification is required and hospice experience is preferred.
