Travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina. Local candidates accepted. Provide expert maternal care while supporting the hospital’s clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:Provide specialized labor and delivery nursing care in accordance with hospital protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.
Execute emergency procedures and respond promptly to obstetric and neonatal emergencies.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Valid nursing license in North Carolina or multi‑state compact license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.
Minimum of 1 year recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Ability to work multiple shifts.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Skills:
ACLS certification.
