Travel RN - Cath Lab​/EP

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab Holding position requiring a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, Epic proficiency, and cardiac telemetry background.

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Two supervisor-based professional references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Cath Lab Holding unit setting
• Patient population includes those undergoing TEE/Cardioversions, PCI, Diagnostic Heart Catheterization, Peripheral Vascular percutaneous procedures, Pacemakers, Cardiac Ablation, Structural Heart Procedures, and Loop Recorder insertions
• Schedule:
  
  3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• Epic EMR experience is mandatory
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
• All RNs are required to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed — study materials will not be provided by the facility, so candidates should prepare in advance
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences is enforced
