Schedule/Hours- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling may be available
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
- Prior experience as an RN-Psych or Psychiatric RN preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills
- BLS certification required (additional psychiatric nursing certifications a plus)
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs
- Administer medications and therapies in accordance with treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and case managers
- Conduct mental status assessments, safety checks, and implement crisis interventions as needed
