Role Overview: The
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, compassionate patient care, promoting positive outcomes through nursing expertise. Working under supervision, the RN coordinates care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care.
- Analyze medical histories and diagnostic data to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with care teams for effective planning and delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in nursing required;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
