License/Certs: NC State license; CRNA board certification, ACLS & PALS required
Experience: 1–2 years (no new graduates)

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $214.50
Overtime: 1.5x rate after shift hours; OT hours are not guaranteed
Holidays: 1.5x rate on specified holidays (e.g., New Year’s, Independence Day)

What You’ll Do:

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases across different departments including general, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
Float between multiple locations, mainly Moses Cone, with the ability to cover 4-5 shifts per month
Manage patients of all ages in a fast-paced hospital setting with over 60 cases per day
Operate anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment such as Drager anesthesia systems and Philips monitors
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Adhere to protocols and maintain compliance with licensure and certification standards

What You Need:

Active North Carolina CRNA license
Certification in ACLS & PALS
1–2 years of clinical experience (no new grads)
Ability to float and adapt to different clinical settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
