  • Employment: Contract (6 months)
  • License/Certs: NC State license; CRNA board certification, ACLS & PALS required
  • Experience: 1–2 years (no new graduates)
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $214.50
  • Overtime: 1.5x rate after shift hours; OT hours are not guaranteed
  • Holidays: 1.5x rate on specified holidays (e.g., New Year’s, Independence Day)
  • Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time (per applicable laws), licensure and travel reimbursements when applicable
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases across different departments including general, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
  • Float between multiple locations, mainly Moses Cone, with the ability to cover 4-5 shifts per month
  • Manage patients of all ages in a fast-paced hospital setting with over 60 cases per day
  • Operate anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment such as Drager anesthesia systems and Philips monitors
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to protocols and maintain compliance with licensure and certification standards
What You Need:
  • Active North Carolina CRNA license
  • Certification in ACLS & PALS
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience (no new grads)
  • Ability to float and adapt to different clinical settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
