- Shift: 5x8-hour days, 07:00 – 15:00, Monday & Friday high priority, flexible days, no consecutive days
- Hours/week: 40 hours
- Employment: Contract (6 months)
- License/Certs: NC State license; CRNA board certification, ACLS & PALS required
- Experience: 1–2 years (no new graduates)
- Hourly Rate: $214.50
- Overtime: 1.5x rate after shift hours; OT hours are not guaranteed
- Holidays: 1.5x rate on specified holidays (e.g., New Year’s, Independence Day)
- Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time (per applicable laws), licensure and travel reimbursements when applicable
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases across different departments including general, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
- Float between multiple locations, mainly Moses Cone, with the ability to cover 4-5 shifts per month
- Manage patients of all ages in a fast-paced hospital setting with over 60 cases per day
- Operate anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment such as Drager anesthesia systems and Philips monitors
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Adhere to protocols and maintain compliance with licensure and certification standards
- Active North Carolina CRNA license
- Certification in ACLS & PALS
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (no new grads)
- Ability to float and adapt to different clinical settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
