The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciliating medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions to meet care goals.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor s preferred. - At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience required; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA).
