The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Under general supervision, the role involves
- assessing patient needs and conditions
- developing individualized care plans based on medical history and diagnostics
- administering medications and treatments
- reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance
- evaluating patient responses and adjusting care as needed
- collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
Qualifications include an
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (required), with additional experience in a clinical specialty (preferred)
- valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Certification in BLS from American Red Cross or AHA is also required.
